Shipping and Value Added Tax (VAT)

  • Is shipping free?
    • Yes! Shipping is free for all of our invitations to the US, the UK, Europe and Canada.
    • Additional shipping prices will be calculated based on your location.
  • Which shipment company are you using?
    • We partner with UPS Express Worldwide.
    • After shipping, it typically takes 2-5 days to arrive in the US, the UK, Europe, and Canada, and 5-8 days elsewhere in the world.
    • A UPS tracking code will be linked to your order.
  • How is VAT (Value Added Tax) determined for countries?
    • For countries located inside the EU, 21% VAT will be added at the checkout automatically.
    •  For countries outside the EU, there will be no VAT addition.
  • What is the typical lead time for an order?
    • The typical lead time varies based on the design and quantity of your order but generally ranges from 1-3 weeks after your design is finalized.
    • We recommend placing your order well in advance, especially during peak seasons.

Design and Style Details

  • Will I have PDF proofs before completing my order?
    • You will have PDF proofs to see and design your invitations. Printing will not start until you approve the final design.

  • Can I print my cards in different languages?
    • Yes, of course! You can print as many different versions as you want. Each different design has a €45 add-on price to the total amount since separate molds have to be created for each design.
  • Can I have different colors in my acrylic invite?
    • Yes, you can! Adding an extra color costs €45 since separate molds have to be created for each color/design.
  • Can I request the envelopes in another color?
    • Most of our models are available in multiple colors! Please contact us for more details.

Order and Budget Concerns

  • How can I get a customized or personalized quote?
    • We offer two convenient ways for you to get a personalized quote for your wedding invitations where you can find the details Get a Quote page.
    • CayaGPT-Beta, AI-assistant powered by ChatGPT-4o.
    • Detailed quote form, powered by Google Forms.
  • What are the payment options available?
    • We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDeal, Maestro, Shop Pay, Union Pay and direct bank transfers. Please check the payment method that suits you best on our checkout page.
  • Do you offer any discounts for bulk orders?
    • Yes, we offer discounts for bulk orders. More discount is applied for larger quantities.
    • You can find prices up to 300 pieces in our website.
    • Please contact our sales team for more detailed information and get a quote.
  • What if I decide to cancel my order after paying in full?
    • If you cancel your order within 2 days, your entire order will be refunded except the €50 Deposit.
    • If you cancel after 2 days, 30% of the total quote will be refunded.
  • What if I decide to purchase another invitation after I buy the deposit?
    • You are welcome to, and of course can switch between our invitations even after you buy the deposit.
    • If an initial design is made for your order €50 Deposit becomes non-refundable.
    • If designing process does not start yet, your €50 Deposit will be refunded.
