We recieved our order earlier than expected and it came very securely packaged. I was initially a bit worried about this as there are dried flowers and a wax seal but all was well. Each individual invitation was wrapped in a plastic pocket, which I love because it meant nothing rubbed against each other. Anyway, we got them, I screamed. We're using them as our wedding invitations and honestly the service provided and the quick replies from staff on WhatsApp were so reassuring and helpful throughout the whole process. They sent proofs and changed things as requested and the end product came out exactly as desired. My fiance let me have full creative control with our invitations but had saw the photo online of what I had wanted and then ordered and when they came, he too was super pleased with the results. We both love them so much and couldn't be more grateful for the work the team did to execute our vision (with the minor touches of differences we made from the template I initial found). I even had a custom wax seal of which I was sent the monogram creation PNG of and PDF. Honestly just all around fantastic service and product. We couldn't be more happy.

PS. I had seen a design of theirs online-actually the design I ended up buying in the end, (minus minimal changes and a custom wax seal) 2 years ago after I got engaged and I spent those years searching for this website, their etsy, everything and anything to find a way to get the design I had found online, and had such trouble finding them. In the end my fiance used his circle to search feature on his phone and found the site in seconds after literally 2 years of me searching, no lie. I know how important reviews can be now because truthfully, this company is a hidden gem and our wedding invitations wouldn't be what they are if we hadn't of found Caya Design store. Thank you, thank you, thank you! for absolutely everything!! -Also, I'm now months on from receiving the invites and this is a late review but one I had always intended to do after we got our invites, just time escaped me because wedding planning is no joke guys, but I messaged the team on WhatsApp just today because I had a question about dimensions of the invites I previously ordered and still within minutes had a response. Truly just can't fault them. I know I've went on and gushed a little and it's a very messy review, all over the place.. but these are truly just my honest, incoherent thoughts on the product and service. So thank you to everyone who had a hand in making and getting our invites out to us!<3

Sorry for the crap photos. For reference, its the box they came in (on the underneath side since our address is on the other side) and just the envelope because our acrylic insert had our information on it. We didn't use paper for our invites. We decided to do gold writing on acrylic. The acrylic is very thin and actually alot thinner than I personally expected, but that was just an assumption I had, not really based on anything.
